Jim Griffin offers more than a decade of accomplishment-laden experience in the interactive marketing industry, providing leading-edge enterprise marketing technology solutions for clients across many different industry verticals.  A key strategic and tactical contributor is efforts that turned around CoActive Marketing Group, Jim brings valuable insight and knowledge regarding the leadership and management challenges faced by small start up and growing companies and brands.

Prior to joining CoActive Marketing Group, Jim grew in the interactive marketing technology field while managing and building client solutions for the History Channel during 2006 and Euro RSCG/Circle.com from 1999 to 2006.

Beginning his career as a web developer, Jim developed an interest in technology solutions and parlayed this interest into a systems administration and architecture role with a small but rapidly growing interactive marketing company. Demostrating initiative from the start, Jim quickly progressed into senior roles with progressively increasing responsibilities that included budget management, and staff recruiting, managing and mentoring.  As the company grew, organically and through mergers and acquisitions, Jim became responsible for managing several data centers and information technology across multiple offices throughout the country.

Being solutions oriented, Jim became more actively involved in the software engineering aspects of the interactive marketing industry, including major contributions to Circle.com’s Dynamic Marketing Environment (DME), a marketing operating system that has been in use by by sales and marketing teams at IBM for virtual relationship management for almost ten years.
